Our company was established in early 2020 with a goal to provide professional, affordable and secure car detailing and residential cleaning services to the Greater Vancouver Area.

The Founder

Theresa’s sales experience started when she was only ten years old. While helping run their family business, her father taught her about the value of what's involved in customer service and quality work ethics.

With such a strong foundation, Theresa then was able to further her education in project management, interior design. She owned her own moving company by her mid-twenties and has spent the last 30 years in the sales industry. 

Theresa’s long background in sales, customer relations, and  cleaning services has provided her with the expertise and focus she has today. 

Our Mission

Vehicles take a lot of care to keep it looking new and fresh. The staff at Details by Lady T, know this all too well. From pet fur, to kids food and candy smudged into the seats, spilled coffee all over the consel, we have heard it all.. and cleaned it all. Mold taking over and moved in your seats? Seems to be a problem in our wet climate here in Beautiful BC. Give us a call and we can see what caused it and see if we can get to the bottom of it.
