Details By Lady T is a residential and auto detail cleaning company that are always looking for the right candidate to join our team.  

DO I NEED EXPERIENCE? 

No! Experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate. What you do need is drive, passion, exceptional attention to detail and the ability to be trained by our professional supervisors.  For all positions you must be able to lift up to 45 pounds.  

WHAT DO I NEED TO START?

When we add new employees we look for a few things: reliability, attitude  reliable transportation, trustworthy, loyalty, compassion, bondable. No criminal history.  Command of the English language. 

You must have a cell phone and download our work apps. Scheduling app, booking software, our What’s App group chat,  a reliable vehicle or transportation, being able to pass a background check, and of course you must have a great attitude with attention to detail.   

CLEANER POSITION:

Position starts at $20/hr. 

You must  be able to stand on your feet for long hours. Must be able to clean at a thorough and fast pace. Must be detailed oriented. Be able to use a ladder, carry supplies and move small furniture. 

DRIVER POSITION 

Position starts at $23?hr. We pay a higher wage for this role as this position has a few requirements.  Own Vehicle Proper insurance to and from work  Clean drivers abstract  Proper tires that are safe for weather conditions  Will I need to pick up supplies each morning? Definitely not! We will supply you with all necessary equipment so you can head straight from your home to the client’s home. All you’ll need to do is pick up your coworker(s) at a designated bus/train station.  What about fuel ?  We pay a fuel allowance to drivers using their own vehicle.  Is there anything I must have in order to work with the company? 

AUTO DETAIL POSITION 

Position starts at $21/hr.

Our auto Detailers go through separate training as it entails knowledge of interiors and exteriors of cars, boats, trucks and RVs and what products can and cannot be used on certain materials. You must be able to stand and bend for long periods of time. Must be detailed and thorough. Must be knowledgeable of cars and chemicals. 

HOW DO I ARRANGE AN INTERVIEW?

In order to get a training day, you must first be screened through our 2 screening channels.  We will first: Speak on the phone Arrange a zoom meeting, and then set you up on a trial training day with a supervisor.  All employees go through 3 training sessions. This is a must, regardless of your previous experience. 

We have a 3 month probationary period after the 3 day trial should you wish to stay on as an employee. All employees are on a 2 week payroll structure and have full online access to paystubs and T4’s.
