Move out cleans are a lot different than a regular cleaning. There’s much more detail involved to ensure that the home is deep cleaned and ready for the new tenant or home owner.
3 uniformed team crews start at $175 per hour and includes all supplies and equipment needed to perform the task being hired for. Every crew has a working supervisor onsite to answer any questions you may have.
Move out cleans are done by a professional team of a minimum of 3 people as they are much more complex and require a “detailed” cleaning for a minimum of 2 hours.
Our teams are very well trained and versed in the variety of materials in a home and what products safely cleans them.
When your team arrives, the supervisor will go for a walk through with you to get an idea of what needs to be done. We understand and know the importance of making sure the job is done right.
Renters know more than anyone that their deposit is standing between them and their landlords. Your spending good money to make sure you get the best cleaning job done so we make sure that happens.
*Keep in mind that any damages or mold build up etc. in your home, may beyond our control and sometimes cannot be fixed or cleaned to perfect condition. These issues must be brought to your landlord or realtors attention before we arrive.
THINGS TO NOTE: Sorry but We don’t remove garbage from premises or items of any kind. We can drop it in Strata bins for you if that is accessible or your household bins. Please inform the office prior to arrival if there is a possession time that needs to be met.
